  • When will my order ship?
    Please allow between 2-3 business days for us to process your order from that date you purchased it.
  • Something is a little off about my planner!
    First, we apologize for any quality issues and want to reticfy that immediately! Please send an e-mail to hello@typeartistplanner.com and someone will contact you about next steps.
  • Opps! I entered the wrong address, what do I do?"
    Hey, it happens to the best of us. Please e-mail hello@typeartistplanner.com immediately and we will try to correct this. Pleased note that once the planner has been shipped, we. cannot update the address.
  • I need to cancel my order!
    Although we wish you wouldn't, we understand. Please contact us at hello@typeartistplanner.com and we will do our best to make sure we can accomodate your needs.
  • Do you all offer discounts or coupon codes?
    Occassionaly we offer discounts on our planners. Sign up to receive e-mails where we often offer such discounts. We promise we do not spam. We aren't like that!
